第七節 - 大老闆給我的email

星期六晚上，我send了email給大老闆，多謝他給我advise，然後他今天回我一個email：

It's a good sign to take criticism in a positive light. To be aware of one's own shortcoming is already taking an important first step on self-improvement. A journey of 10,000 miles begins with a small step. Always try to focus on the matter at hand and not on what other people think of us.Remember we are playing in the same team. Give you an example. Beckham is known to be a good captain. Why? Because he always tries to create opportunities for his teammates to score. How does he earn respect from his teammates? Do teammates respect him because he keeps telling them how good he is and how handsome he looks? I don't think so. He earns his respect because he makes his teammates look good. If you can make other people proud of themselves, they'll be proud of you.

相信我當時不能完全了解他的真正意思，至少我最後並沒有讓我的teammate feel proud on themselves...

但現在，謝謝上天讓我重溫這一篇，非常中用。
